Whether you come to us at the earliest stage of concept development, or with a script that's fully client approved, we'll work with you on script structure, characters (Who are they? Why are they doing what they're doing?) and getting the idea to work within the spot length.

Before we get anywhere near the studio, we'll make you think about the context, setting and location of your script.

Sometimes we might suggest a bit of organised chaos with a recording which includes a bit of genuine location work.

We'll also juggle availability of actors, clients and facilities, and structure the call sheet so that we get the best out of the studio without rushing or too much hanging about.

Attention to some of the finer details at this stage will make the recording leaner, more efficient and more relaxed which in turn will have a positive effect on the input everyone involved is able to give.

Incidentally, it's at the pre production stage that you can really see our theory put into practice. We're happy to come in for a pre production meeting on any prospective job as a kind of chemistry test. It doesn't have to be a big project, just give us a chance to walk you through the process and you can see if you like the ideas.
